Traveling Superman- After hip and knee flexion from Groucho walking, an appropriate next exercise is traveling superman, which extends through the hips and knees and strengthens the lower back, as well. Lower back is a prime area for osteoporosis to set in, and exercises like Superman are beneficial for maintaining strength and bone density in the back.

The Plan: Perform 1-minute of each (Groucho Walking, Traveling Superman, Frankenstein) for 30 total minutes… that totals to 10 total sets through these three compound exercises
