On the night before my Italian/Mediterranean cruise on the MSC Grandiosa in October, 2020, I flew from Hamburg to Naples for a one night stay in the Relais Castel Nuovo Hotel, (which was more like an Air B&B, but had a fantastic view, big kitchen, and was very convenient to get to and from the port).
