To celebrate Women’s Month this March, it’s my honor to share with you our recent visit to Bacolod City for the Paglaum People’s Rally of Negros Occidental which I attended with my one and only “manok” Kiko and the strongest woman that I know, my President, Ma’am Leni Robredo.
