THE WORKOUT
Warm up: 15-20 minute incline walk on the treadmill followed by stretching.
1: Bench Step Up Kick Backs – 3×10
2. Pistol Squats 3×10 each leg
3. Romanian Deadlifts 3×10
4. Jumping Sumo Squats with a half twist 3×15
5. Side Step Lunge 3×10 each leg
6. Split Leg Lung 3×10 each leg
