The China Travel Service Association says all travel agencies and online travel companies will temporarily suspend group tours in the country. It noted that the groups that have started off can continue their travel programs according to the contract, but tourists must take good care of their health. Domestic tourism has already been suspended, with outbound group tours to be put on hold from January 27. Tourists and travel agencies can negotiate follow-up issues according to their contracts and related laws.
