The other day we happened to travel through Cherthala and stopped by Cherthala Vinod Cafe. Vinod Cafe in Cherthala is a 100% vegetarian restaurant where you will get beef fry and beef stew. How ever, they do not use beef for beef fry or beef stew – they use vegan substitutes for it.
